Christina Draghi, Senior Associate

AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CPHC

Christina Draghi has twelve years of experience designing civic and educational projects in New York City with a focus on adaptive reuse, high-performance building, and sustainable design. She is interested in the critical role libraries play in their communities in the twenty-first century and how architecture and infrastructure can support that mission. She is currently leading the team designing the renovation of the Maplewood Memorial Library in New Jersey.

Prior to joining Sage and Coombe, Christina worked with Mitchell Giurgola Architects on civic, educational, and laboratory projects through all phases of design. She helped develop design standards to guide future renovations of New York Public Library’s 38 Carnegie Library branches and was the Project Architect for major renovations to both NYPL’s Hunts Point Branch Library and Melrose Library.

Christina has a BA in Art History from Williams College and holds a Masters in Architecture with Honors from Washington University. She is a licensed architect in New York and Massachusetts, LEED AP BD+C, and a Certified Passive House Consultant
