As part of the creation of a new 6.6 acre waterfront park in Wilmington, NC, Sage and Coombe is designing an outdoor stage and music venue for municipal use and operation by Live Nation. Working with the City and Hargreaaves Jones landscape architect, the 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art stage, concession and ticket facility and back of house buidlng will serve an audience of 7,000.
